Wenquan holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Xi'an Technological University and a master's degree in Signal and Information Processing from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Before joining Next Level Nanny, he was the CTO of Beijing Wenting Taike Technology Development Co., responsible for R&D budgeting, development direction, staff management, and product development.

Wenquan's initial conversation with Bingo Zhu sparked the idea for Next Level Nanny. Recognizing the potential for a software solution to better scale their business and provide more comprehensive services to the children they supported, Wenquan helped transform the company from a simple tutor-matching service into a robust platform with the ability to reach and support a more significant number of families.
